Piperitan Kennel

My Breeding Principles:

To breed healthy and obliging Hovawarts that both to their appearance and to their temperament correspond to the Hovawart standard and to make a contribution to develop this breed and to keep the genes as multifaceted as possible, which means that males from abroad will be used if necessary.

All the dogs that will be used in breeding has to fulfil the requirements made by The Finnish Hovawart Club and when choosing a male, I will cooperate with the Finnish Hovawart Club and their breeding specialists. A good collaboration with the puppies’ new owners is also very important.

Puppies

The puppies will be delivered when they are 8-weeks-old.

The puppies are registered, have been vermifuged several times and checked by a vet, who also have given them necessary vaccinates. They also have a microchip. .

A puppy test is done to all the puppies before delivery.

The new owners get information both in writing and verbally. They also get some samples with food for the puppy.

The breeder is available for any questions 24/7 and will keep in contact with the new owners the puppies whole life.

I have been working as a puppy-au-pair for two months in Belgium. I took care of nine lovely hovawart puppies from their birth until they were delivered to their new homes at an age of 8 weeks. This was a very interesting time and I learned a lot from this.

Thank you Suski and André (kennel von Gaudihof, Belgium) for letting me stay at your place and take care of your lovely dogs Gaudi (Mocca's grandmother) and Darro and Gaudis nine pups!
